Life Changing Loyalty Ride (Mobility Dogs) Review

We had a great turnout & were overwhelmed by the generousity of riders & donors at the inaugural LCL Ride (Wellington). Despite the challenges of planning an event, during a pandemic, we eclipsed our $3k fundraising target with donations now exceeding $3.5k!

Following a hearty BBQ breaky, bikers set off from Independent Motorcycles (Welly CBD), past Lower Hutt (SH2), and across Haywards Hill (SH58) to Pauatahanui. A brief stop for photo op & regroup at Motukaraka Point, bikes then pointed south along SH1 finishing at The Borough (Tawa) for prize draws, refreshments & socialising.

A massive thank you goes out to our energetic volunteers & all sponsors with special mention to Level Ltd (Pirelli), Crown Kiwi (Alpinestars), Saint.cc, Liqui Moly & New World Tawa.

The link below takes you to our gallery thanks to the efforts of our photographer Taylor Darroch. You're welcome to download & use any of these images:

On behalf of Mobility Dogs thankyou all so much for making this such worthwhile & enjoyable day. And if you missed the event it's not too late to donate at

Now it's time to catch a breath before we look forward to 2021 :)

Great cause, great company, awesome ride.
Thanks to the Urbanbiker team for putting it together, Independent Motorcycles for hosting, the sponsors who donated prizes, the riders for (as always) digging deep into their pockets to support a cause.
Also, Fab photo’s Taylor !!
Shiny side all… see you on the tarmac :)
