COVID-19 Service & Delivery Update

With the shift to Alert Level 3 on Tuesday 28 April 2020 we are now free to begin trading by following strict Ministry of Health and Worksafe NZ guidelines. 

However, our courier partners advise that all delivery networks are operating under significant capacity and additional health compliance constraints. This means most deliveries are experiencing extensive delays. Further delays are being experienced for items addressed to rural addresses.

We apologies for the inconvenience and will do our best to get your gear to you as soon as possible. Please understand these circumstances mean we are unable to meet the delivery expectations of our 'business as usual' service.    

Can I get free delivery?

Yes! All orders over $99 come with free delivery. For orders $99 or less, a small $9 courier charge applies.

When will I receive my gear?
We promise to get you your gear just as soon as we can. If you order by 12pm Monday to Friday and we have the gear in-stock it will ship same day. Orders after 12pm (in-stock) will ship the next business next day. Our standard free delivery service is 3-4 working days.


I need it now. Can I get quicker delivery?
If you need quicker delivery please email us or give us a call on (0800) BIKERS (254377) and we'll see what we can do.

Do I need to create an account to shop at UrbanBiker?
No, you don't need to create an account to shop with us. You can make a purchase using our Guest Checkout option. However, by creating an online account you can:

  • Access hassle free returns and exchanges
  • Check out faster
  • Update and save your details
  • Review past orders, and
  • Keep up to date with new products and special offers.

Can I return my purchase?
