Pricing
Prices shown on UrbanBiker are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon posting to the site or via other forms of notification.

At UrbanBiker we work hard to ensure that all information is as accurate as possible. All product descriptions, illustrations and price information provided is assumed correct at the time of publishing. If you find any of this information to be incorrect or inaccurate, we will work with you to resolve the issue and honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

To complete a purchase, you will be required to provide valid payment details and be authorised to make a purchase. User account
We encourage you to register as a User on UrbanBiker. If you choose to register you will have an email address and password for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide information that is current, accurate and complete. If you are accessing and using UrbanBiker on someone else’s behalf, you may do so only if you have their permission. UrbanBiker reserves the right to refuse service without prior notice if these T&C are not met.
Acceptance of your order and contract
Once an order has been placed and paid for on UrbanBiker, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order and at the same time notifying you if the order has been accepted. Sometimes we may not be able to accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, the item(s) ordered is out of stock or for any other reason at our discretion. Should your order not be accepted, there is no contract between us and no obligation on either party
UrbanBiker will despatch ordered in-stock items no later than 5-7 working days following acceptance (earlier if possible). We will email you to confirm the goods have been despatched and have been handed over to the designated carrier.
Intellectual property rights
UrbanBiker makes no recommendations as to the use of any information or content on this site which may infringe the intellectual property rights of itself or any third parties. We make no representations that use of the information or content on this site will not infringe such intellectual property rights.

We may include links to other websites or resources operated by parties other than UrbanBiker to inform and provide you with the most up to date product information. We do not accept responsibility for the content or accuracy of any off-site pages (as they are outside our control). Following a link to or from these websites is at your own risk. By placing an order with UrbanBiker you agree to use the products or services only for their intended purpose. If you misuse the products or services, you will assume full responsibility for any loss or damages arising out of this misuse. UrbanBiker takes no responsibility for any loss or damage in such situations.
Delivery and Availability
Products and services will be delivered by a courier or delivery service of our choice to the address provided when you place the order. UrbanBiker will not be deemed to be in breach of contract due to any delay in delivery of goods, if the delay was caused beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage to and the ownership of the products shall pass to you at the time of collection by the courier or delivery service from our premises. Parcel tracking is available with the details emailed to you upon dispatch.
Returns
If your purchase doesn't fit to your liking or doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request to return any new, unused and unaltered item within 21 days of purchase.
Returns are evaluated by UrbanBiker in line with our obligations under the current New Zealand consumer legislation. Please email info@urbanbiker.co.nz so we clearly understand your request and work out how we can respond. If your request is accepted, you will be provided with a full refund so long as the returned product is in the same condition it was in when you received it (see above).
General
You acknowledge and agree that these T&C form an agreement between us concerning your use of the UrbanBiker website. We reserve the right to change these T&C at any time by posting the changes on the website. By continuing to order Products and services you are deemed to have accepted the amended T&C as they appear on the UrbanBiker website from time to time Any changes are effective immediately upon posting. You acknowledge that these T&C are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
